A native of Southern California, Dr. Moulton received a BS degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, California, an MS degree in Molecular Biology from San Diego State University, San Diego, California, and his MD degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Moulton has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1994. He is also currently the Medical Director of Medac Health Services, P.A., which owns and operates urgent care and occupational health centers in Wilmington, as well as the Medical Director for Pender County EMS. Dr. Moulton's primary practice location is new Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington. Additionally, Dr. Moulton is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society’s Board of Directors and an Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association. His hobbies include skiing, boating, surfing, and kite surfing. He also enjoys family time with his wife and two children. |
