Dr. Minor received a BS degree in Biology from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg Virginia, and her MD degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Dr. Minor completed her residency training at the Yale and Hartford Hospitals in Connecticut.  She has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1989, and her primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.
